Prohibited Items

CONTRABAND

Unless specifically authorized, the following items are considered contraband and are not permitted on Company Property at any time:

Firearms and other weapons
Alcohol (possession and consumption of alcohol purchased on southbound flights is exempted)
Illegal drugs, including marijuana
Drug paraphernalia
Prescription medications without proper prescription
Stolen Property

All baggage and hand carry items to be transported and/or transported on aircraft are subject to x-ray and/or search.

Any violation of these policies will result in the denial of access to all aircraft.

DEFINITIONS

Substances

"Substances" include; alcohol, controlled substances, illegal drugs, prescribed and over-the-counter medication, substances that an individual may not manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess or use under U.S. or applicable state law, and any other substances that may be introduced into the body that may alter an individual's mood, perception, coordination, response, performance, or judgment.

Company Property

Includes, but is not limited to, developed and undeveloped company-owned, leased, or controlled: land; buildings; parking lots; vehicles and other transportation; areas of embarkment or disembarkment, such as landing areas or docks; and recreation areas.

Drug Paraphernalia

Any equipment, product, or material whose purpose, in the sole judgment of the Company, may be for making, using, or concealing drugs or drug use. This includes any item(s) used to defeat, mask, alter, or compromise the result of a drug test.

Weapons

Weapons means any item designed, manufactured, intended, or appearing to be used primarily as a weapon, including sport weapons including, but not limited to:

Shotguns
Rifles
Handguns
Ammunition
Explosives
Incendiary devices
Accelerants
Gunpowder
Bows
Crossbows
Zip guns
Stun guns
Air or gas-powered guns
Imitation weapons (realistic in appearance weapons)
Illegal weapons (including illegal knives as defined by State Law)

Stolen Property

Stolen property and/or property not authorized for removal, including but not limited to proprietary information.

TSA PROHIBITED ITEMS

Items listed on the TSA Prohibited Item List are also prohibited on ConocoPhillips Global Aviation Aircraft. In some cases, Global Aviation is more restrictive than TSA;

Firearms, firearm parts, and ammunition (including magazines, clips, bolts and firing pins) are not allowed in carry-on or checked baggage, unless specifically authorized by ConocoPhillips in writing and declared to the ConocoPhillips Global Aviation Ticket Agent.
Flare guns are not authorized in checked bags.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

The Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) are federal transportation safety rules found in 49 CFR, parts 171-180. The FAA enforces the HMR in aviation. Passengers violating the HMR can be fined from $250 to $50,000. Those who intentionally violate the regulations are subject to a criminal penalty of up to $500,000 and/or five years imprisonment. So, it is important to know what items are hazardous materials and whether or not they are allowed in the aircraft cabin or in checked baggage.

ConocoPhillips Global Aviation follows and enforces the HMR requirements found on the FAA PackSafe site.

Global Aviation also maintains a special emphasis on E-Cigarettes and Lithium Batteries. E-cigarettes are not allowed in checked bags. Regarding the shipment of other hazardous materials not listed on the FAA PackSafe site, Global Aviation does not carry any hazardous materials listed under 49 CFR, parts 171-180.
